RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 10 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get credit for the amount paid. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc.

Customized items that are designed specifically for you, cannot be returned, unless there is transit damage or other defects.

In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.
Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are usually despatched in 2-5 days after receipt of payment, depending on the type of gift ordered. In cases where you choose a future delivery date, the order will be shipped according to the chosen date.
– We ship orders through reputed national couriers with a tracking option. Based on the service chosen for delivery by our system, the tracking details will be shared with you, once the order is shipped.
– We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
– We take due care to package gifts according to their packaging requirement, to minimise the chance of damage in transit.
– You will most likely receive the order for your physical gifts order between 9AM and 7PM, Monday through Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.
– In case of orders for e-gifts, you will receive the delivery virtually through E-mail, Whatsapp or on call, based on the surprise chosen.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY ARTE BY SAHIBA
ometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless Arte by Sahiba is unable to fulfil the order in any way. If you change your mind after placing an order, we will keep the amount in your account and you can redeem it towards surprise(s) within a period of 12 months from the date of order.

This Privacy Policy describes how Arte by Sahiba manage personal information and respect your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time.
Collection of Personal Information: As a visitor to the Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity. However, when you register to use our website and order products as an Arte By Sahiba customer, in order to provide the services to you, we may collect your contact information such as your name, phone numbers, address and email address as well as profile information, including your password, details about your purchases and details about your interactions with us.
Updating your Personal Information: You have the right to access and correct, or delete your Personal Information and privacy preferences at any time. This may be accomplished by clicking on the link, "My Profile", where you can view and make changes to most of your Personal Information immediately. For security purposes, certain Personal Information can only be changed by contacting support. We will respond to your request promptly within a reasonable time.
How your Personal Information is used: We collect your information in order to provide services to you, comply with our legal obligations, and to improve our products and services. We do not sell, rent or share your personally identifiable information to or with third parties in any way other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We may use this information to -

In certain situations, Arte by Sahiba may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities. Where required by law (like to comply with a warrant, court order, or legal notice served on Arte by Sahiba), and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, avoid litigation, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, and/or respond to a government request. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that such disclosure should be made for reasons of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance.
Information sharing with service providers: Arte by Sahiba uses one or more outside payment processing companies to bill you for our goods and services. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We also share Personal Information with certain companies that perform services on our behalf. We only share the Personal Information which is necessary for them to perform those services. We require any company with which we may share Personal Information to protect that data in a manner consistent with this policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the performance of services for Arte by Sahiba. We do not sell or otherwise provide Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
Data Retention: We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at artebysahiba@gmail.com. We will respond to your request within reasonable time. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Unsubscribe/Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving Arte by Sahiba’s email updates, newsletters and/or partner emails by clicking on the "My Profile" link on the website and making the appropriate selections. The choice to opt out of such communications is also generally available during the sign-up process. Arte by Sahiba will still contact you when there are changes to the Terms of Service or Submitter Terms of Service, as applicable. In addition, we will still send you service-related announcements including, but not limited to, a registration email, order related notifications and emails automatically triggered by actions you took on the Site. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
Protection of your Personal Information: The Personal Information that you provide in connection with the use of the Site is protected in several ways. It resides on secure servers that only selected Arte by Sahiba personnel have access to via password. Your Personal Information is encrypted whenever it is transmitted to Arte by Sahiba. We strive to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we take into account the sensitivity of the Personal Information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology to use these measures protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
